A Grommet type sling is made out of 1 section of rope
which diameter equals one third of the total diameter of
the sling.
Sling sections painted red can not be directly loaded
– they are so called “fasteners” – one of them (one which
has a flattened cross section) is the place where the
ropes ends are inserted, and the other is a spot where
the ropes’ ends meet.
While placing an order please provide the desired length

WLL values given in the chart apply to steel wire ropes
class 6x36 and 6x19 with a steel core with 1700 N/mm2
nominal wire durability according to EN-PN 12385
standard. Changing the nominal durability to 1960 N/mm2
increases the WLL by approximately 11%.
Using choke decreases the WLL to 80% of its original
value
